Fantastic views, enjoyed excellent setting.

Everything was simply very good. This lovely hotel was run by the helpful and extremely friendly staff. Central heating, a laptop-size safe, and flat-screen TV were available in our queen room. Everywhere there was spotless. Location: the property was just next door to convenience stores and the Willis Tower.

It was based in new building in a marvellous location, close to the Amtrack station. We had lunch in Luke's Italian Beef, located nearby.

The location was amazing, right across from Willis Tower and Quincy Station. It was so convenient for downtown travel without a car. There were plenty of food options nearby. Parking was safe and hassle-free. The staff, especially Andrew, was outstanding. The room was spacious, the blackout curtains were great, and the coffee downstairs was excellent. Recycling bins in the room were a nice touch. The buffet food attendant on the morning of September 7th was also very good.

Totally recommend this hotel.

Central location, within walking distance of a scenic walkway. Also, close to the Amtrack station. Extremely spacious rooms and hypo-allergenic pillows. Clean bathroom and bathtubs with good sewerage.

Central heating, a laptop-compatible safe, and a cable TV with on-demand movies in the room, great location. Great views of the city. A comfortable way to end my trip.

A nicely decorated and lovely hotel, I greatly enjoyed it, stuff was very very nice. The room was wonderful and brand-new, offered a refrigerator, coffee and tea making equipment, and a writing desk. I found the venue's location marvellous, just off convenience stores and the attractions nearby. Had supper enjoying drinks at nearby Jackson Tavern. My stay was very comfortable here.

The guest room was so cozy and comfortable, I felt right at home! The bed was like sleeping on a cloud and the Smart TV had all my favorite shows ready to stream. And let's not forget the Keurig coffee maker, perfect for my morning pick-me-up!

Personally, I wasn't a fan of the city view from my room. But hey, that's just me.

Beautiful central location and nice and exceptional staff. 12 miles from the airport. Exceptionally comfortable room with a magnificent view over the city.

I absolutely loved the beautiful décor of the hotel. The elegant furnishings and tasteful design created a warm and inviting atmosphere. It made me feel like I was staying in a luxurious home away from home. The hotel's general areas were spacious and well-maintained, providing plenty of comfortable seating for relaxation. As a senior woman, I greatly appreciated the hotel's accessibility. The staff was always ready to assist me, whether it was offering a helping hand or providing clear directions. It made my stay so much easier and enjoyable.

The only thing I would ask for a better vacation for senior people is for the children working there to be more attentive and accommodating. Sometimes it felt like they were too busy or not as helpful as I would have liked.

The location stunning and wonderful to the nearest L station. Also - near to downtown area and the Willis Tower and many attractions.
